Coronado Healthcare Center is a 5 Star Skilled Nursing Facility in Phoenix, Arizona.
We are looking to expand our HR department as we are a very face paced facility.
The HR Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support to the Human Resources Director.
Also, looking for someone who loves interacting with staff and helping put together monthly culture improvement celebrations.
* Assists HR with the process of onboarding new hires, including collecting required new hire paperwork, running background checks, conducting employment verifications, scanning documents into the employee personnel file, and conducting and/or assisting with New Employee Orientation (NEO) * Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
* Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
* Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately * Supports Compliance requests to provide employee personnel files for surveyors * Attends virtually and/or in-person on and off-site career fairs * Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
; refers more complex questions to appropriate HR staff or management * Schedules and conducts exit interviews * Schedules and conducts stay interviews * Monitors and responds to emails received in the HR email box * Provides clerical support to the HR department * Managing Lunch breaks * Helping enter time adjustment & assisting with payroll Skills * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the general public.
* Requires effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to process information in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note.
* Ability to utilize Internet Search Engine tools for research.
* Ability to work face paced and be self sufficient No HR experience required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
00 - $22.
