Our story Originally founded by two emergency room psychiatrists, Dr.
Chris Carson and Dr.
Robert Williamson, Connections Health Solutions brings 30 years of experience serving individuals in crisis and operates two of the nation’s largest and most studied crisis response centers in Phoenix and Tucson Arizona.
Since opening our doors we have provided care and treatment for hundreds of thousands of individuals in crisis.
Responsibilities: What You'll Do: Under the direction of the VP and Sr.
Director, this position will oversee and coordinate administrative activities and provide project and logistical support to the leadership team by planning, organizing, and coordinating a wide array of activities.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities/deadlines in shared staff resource setting.
The successful candidate must also possess analytical and critical thinking problem-solving skills, independent judgment, initiative, and willingness to collaborate to accomplish goals.
Help to maintain Arizona workplan documents and track internal and external requests.
Generate status/progress reports for ongoing and pending Arizona site activities.
Assist with agenda planning, presentation preparation, memo and letter composition, and routine correspondence.
Organize and coordinate schedules, activities, and special events.
Assist with UPC-related purchase/supplies requisitions, reimbursements, and expense reports.
Develops written and verbal communications and presentations for senior leadership.
Ensures that timing, resources, and sequencing of work efforts are aligned to produce the desired result cost effectively.
Establishes, cultivates, and maintains ongoing relationships within the organization and ensures a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Maintains project documentation and reports.
Manages project schedules and timelines.
Supports tracking and coordination of Committee Follow-Up items.
Audit training compliance for staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
