Develop, execute, and manage statewide/ vendor contracts including all financial management for Justice Reinvestment, Health Disparities grant, public heath infrastructure, Vaccine, and special projects.
Develop, implement and manage budgets and program expenditures for ADHS and contractors, providing technical assistance when necessary.
