Front Office Admin
As a front office admin, you are the first point of contact for our company.
We are looking for an energetic, friendly multi-tasker to answer phone calls, screen and forward incoming phone calls with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Our front office admin duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
You will distribute correspondence and direct phone calls.
To be successful as a front office admin, you should have a pleasant personality via phone, mail, e-mail and in person as this is also a customer service role.
You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Front Office Admin Requirements:
• Using a multi-line telephone, answer, and appropriately route all incoming calls.
• Receiving and returning phone calls and emails.
Prior experience with answering multi line phones.
• Greet Homeowners in a professional manner.
• Filing, scanning, and copying.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Be willing to assist managers with several tasks.
• Provide basic and accurate information.
• Maintain polite and professional communication always.
• Attention to detail.
Familiarize procedures to handle all aspects of customer complaints or disputes.
• Hands-on experience with Office equipment (e.
g.
, printers, postage machine, computer)
• MUST be proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook (Willing to train the right person).
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Light housekeeping.
