*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*
*Seaview Insurance Company *is a non-standard auto insurance carrier in the state of California.
*Our Phoenix, AZ claims office *is currently hiring for an *Administrative Assistant *for our claims staff.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Must have 2-3 years of experience .
Requirement of 2-3 days a week in the office.
Must be available doing core business hours.

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written*
*Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite*
*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively*
*Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed*
*Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles*
*Responsibilities*
*The Administrative assistants support the day-to-day departmental tasks using working knowledge of company policies and procedures*
*Assist with auto claim assignments, emails, faxes, incoming/outgoing mail, and clerical support to the claim department*
*Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner*
*Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory*
*Answer and direct phone calls , messages through phone queue*
*Issue payments to vendors and legal invoices*
*Prepares letters for claims staff, sends letters, orders police reports, and other tasks*
*Assist with training and development of new office staff members*
