Excellent customer service skills and patience will be needed, experience with AppFolio or prior Property Management experience is required.
Responsibilities include Phone back up, collecting rent payments, writing receipts, and other duties within the accounting department and office in general!
RELIABILITY IS A MUST! THIS IS AN OFFICE ONLY POSITION, NO TELECOMMUTING OR WORKING FROM HOME AVAILABLE.

NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE! Full time Monday through Friday hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
