Job Description Position: HCBS Payroll Coordinator Supervised by: Director of HCBS Effective Date: April 2024 *Objective:* Coordinates daily activities among Home & Community Based Services Administrative Staff related to the compilation of data for HCBS Caregiver payroll and Medicaid claim submissions.
*Minimum Qualifications:* The ideal candidate will have experience using AxisCare home healthcare software, data management in the home healthcare field and a desire to support families caring for children with special needs.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must provide valid AZ driver’s license, have a clean driving record, proof of auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
* Must demonstrate a work history of good organizational time management, problem solving, customer service, record keeping and collaborative, interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrable ability to participate in a diverse and collaborative working environment.
* Must be competent in Microsoft Office, web based and Windows based PC applications as well as virtual meeting platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to work a hybrid combination of in-office and remote weekly schedule *Basic Responsibilities:* * Payroll data collection and verification procedures within the AxisCare home healthcare software application.
* Checks calculations for overtime, vacation and sick time accruals to ensure accurate data is generated from AxisCare reports.
* Ensures timely submission of data and accurate supportive documentation.
* Facilitates the coordination of operations related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) policy compliance among HCBS Administrative Staff.
* Serves as the primary point of contact for technical assistance from AxisCare.
* Monitors all aspects of payroll record keeping requirements to ensure contractual and agency policy compliance.
* Stays up to date on claim submission data requirements specific to each of several funding sources.
* Maintains client confidentiality at all times.
* Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $45,000.
