We are seeking an energetic self-starter \*\* with experience in Property Management \*\* to join our team at Las Palmas Grand resort in Mesa, AZ: Candidates will be service oriented with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
Full Time position includes full benefit package: Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Holidays and Vacations.
Responsibilities include:
· Administrative duties:
General Office Work, Phones, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Resident Assistance.
· Assist in Rent Collection and Billing
· Conduct New Resident Orientation
Qualifications:
· Residential property management experience preferred
· 1-2 years experience required
· Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
· Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
· Excellent phone and written communication skills
· Organized and resourceful
· Ability to work well with diverse personalities and talents
· Outstanding personality with enthusiasm for achieving goals and providing excellent customer service
