Summary:
We are looking for an experienced master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to provide assistance and support to the Operations Supervisor.
This position supports Production by handling a variety of tasks to ease their workload and to ensure efficient operations during busy election cycles.
Responsibilities:
Schedules and organizes appointments; takes minutes during meetings
May assist with the preparation of departmental reports
Prepares business correspondence, such as spreadsheets, memos, and slide decks typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proofreads and types documents and correspondence produced by different departments
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
Maintains expense reports for multiple departments
Performs other related duties as assigned
Follows all company policies and procedures
Completes and demonstrates a full understanding of ongoing training concepts and applications

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain confidential information
Effectively sets priorities
Ability to track and report on opportunities for improvement and success
