Seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our 27th Ave location in Phoenix, AZ

Position Summary: Works under direct supervision of the CCBHC Coordinator.
Essential Duties
Transferring data from a hardcopy to a database system.
Establishing entry properties.
Assisting with organizing and filing paperwork.
Operating office equipment; scanners and printers.
Providing additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Previous experience as a data entry clerk.
Detail oriented.
Proficiency using computer-based systems including electronic health records, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
