We are seeking a motivated, hard-working, and ambitious *Receptionist *to join our team.
*[ROLE SUMMARY]* In the role of Receptionist, you'll serve as the initial face and contact for our clients and visitors, representing our firm's ethos.
Your position is crucial in fostering a hospitable atmosphere and facilitating efficient office workflows.
You will join a team that prioritizes teamwork, creativity, and outstanding performance.
Salary: _$45,000 - $55,000 per year_ *[PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES]* * Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.
