Is seeking to immediately fill the position for a Staff Accountant to report to and work directly with the VP.
All applicants should have a minimum of five (5) years in a similar position with a strong focus on Construction accounting & general Office Management.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Payroll / Payroll Liabilities
Timeclock management
TPT reporting
Commissions
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Job Costing
Financial Reporting
Purchase Orders
Certified Payroll
Lien Releases
Misc.
other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of dependability, the ability to take direction, exhibit patience, maintain confidentiality, and work well with others in a fast paced and diverse environment.
The candidate will also be required to have experience with the following: QuickBooks (Contractors / Enterprise edition preferred), The suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
), and the ability to quickly pick up on any proprietary software.
