We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with effective communication skills, a dedicated team player, and a willingness to help others.
The primary responsibility of this role are to be the first point of contact and provide administrative support across the Company.
Our ideal candidate should demonstrate a servant's heart, ability to work in a team environment, ability to maintain a good working relationship across departments; knowledge of current office methods and procedures, including word/data processing, desktop publishing, telephone techniques and office equipment.

_*Duties/Responsibilities:*_ * Greets and welcomes guests as soon as they arrive.
* Directs visitors to the appropriate person and office.
* Answers, screens, forwards, and assists with incoming phone calls from borrowers/customers as needed.
* Ensures the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.
g.
, pens, forms, and brochures).
* Provides basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
* Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail/deliveries.
* Assists with mailing borrower and co-borrower statements.
* Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
* Supports other administrative staff with overflow work, including but not limited to word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks.
* Attends all meetings and training courses as required.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
_*Required Skills/Abilities: *_ * Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
* Understanding of basic office equipment and protocols.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of CRM software.
_*Education and Experience:*_ * High school diploma/GED required.
* One (1) to three (3) years of receptionist/front office representative/or similar role experience required.
