*Job Summary:* True Omni is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the schedule and travel arrangements for our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities:* Administrative Management and Office Coordination: * Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and supplies.
* Oversee physical and digital filing systems.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
* Schedule meetings, events, and ensure efficient office equipment operation.
* Manage facility maintenance, repairs, security, and office budgets.
* Assist in onboarding new employees and workspace setup.
Communication and Collaboration: * Facilitate effective communication among team members and departments.
* Serve as a liaison between management and staff.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Coordinate and distribute internal communications.
Executive Support: * Efficiently manage executive team calendars and schedule meetings.
* Arrange domestic and international travel for executives.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
* Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials.
* Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records.
* Manage executive expense reports and reimbursements.
* Provide project support and proactive follow-up.
* Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Anticipate and address challenges to support the smooth functioning of the executive office.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
*Qualifications:* * 5 years experience * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and polished demeanor.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Experience in booking travel and making reservations is required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $3,500.
