Responsibilities:
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and energetic Front Office Support Specialist to join our team! This person will be responsible for greeting and assisting our customers and ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Answer multi-line phone system and direct clients to correct personnel in a timely manner.
Sort and deliver incoming mail to correct personnel.
Greet and assist walk-in traffic
Partners with support staff and management to effectively manage the front reception area and assist with various administrative projects.
Data entry
Use copy room equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
Ability to handle confidential information with proper discretion.
Recording, scanning, indexing and filing both paper and electronic documents per company procedures.
Track and log mail deliveries of packages
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs and company database systems, including MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), internet, e-mail.
Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff at all levels.
Plus other work relates tasks as needed
The ideal Candidate must have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition, the ability to build a rapport with coworkers, vendors, and clients.
Candidate will possess the skills and initiative to be challenged to continue building efficiencies in the support department and be offered growth within this role as well as the possibility to explore other departments in the company.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point).
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Pay and Benefits:
