Sierra Scottsdale, a outpatient treatment center, is seeking a Supervisor of Administrative Services, to work onsite, located at 8035 N 85th Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of clerical, office and/or administrative support workers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Administrative supervision, leadership, guidance and feedback to clerical or receptionist staff in order to facilitate smooth operations of the facility while maintaining appropriate coverage, scheduling and training.
Set up/maintain/retrieve general files for facility leadership.
Manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
Develop procedures and policies for office activities and training, establish, select, implement and coordinate office procedures and systems.
Attend staff meeting, take notes and prepare minutes.
Transcribe/type dictation of correspondence, interoffice memorandums, contracts, forms and reports.
Monitor contract/license expirations for consultants utilizing MediTract software.
Share responsibility for completing insurance information on vehicle accidents, abuse allegations and injuries of residents/patients.
Prepare and submit purchase orders as required.
Assist in monitoring professional staff credentialing process, including collection of documentation, verification of credentials and licenses, as directed.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent, prefer Bachelor's degree.
Two plus years administrative experience.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records.
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
