*Job Title: *IT -Tech *Reports to: *Director of Technology Job Summary: The IT Tech will assist the Director of Technology in maintaining, developing, and upgrading the district network, software, and computer devices.
The IT Tech will assist in resolving network problems and offer technical assistance to users.
The IT Tech will successfully interact with coworkers, administrative staff, district personnel, contractors, consultants, and manufacturer vendors.
*Minimum Requirements:* · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field; · Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card · Valid Arizona State driver’s license · Experience and/or training with cultural, ethnic, and language diversity preferred · Related work experience will be considered.
· IT technical and standards certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, HDI Service Desk, KC etc.
) along with significant practical experience are also preferred.

Depending upon individual assignment, the employee may perform all or a combination of several of the following duties: · Assists with real-time consultation to solve challenges with appropriate guidance.
· Provides timely First Contact Resolution whenever possible.
· Fields incoming requests to the Service Desk via multiple channels to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution to end-user technology issues.
· Takes ownership and responsibility of new and escalated issues, and effectively collaborates with all internal second-level resources and leaders to ensure successful resolution.
· Performs Privileged Access Management functions and various system administration tasks to provision users and technology, and to remediate associated incidents.
· Escalates issues when necessary and involves experts wherever required to resolve more complex problems as quickly as possible.
· Identifies trends by monitoring and analyzing incidents and related data to initiate and track inputs to the problem management process.
· Effectively collaborates and communicates new discoveries, events, and incidents to ensure appropriate processing.
· Work effectively in a team environment.
· Work under varying levels of complexity and urgency.
· Use collaboration and communication skills with department and district staff.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills · Professionally interact with students, staff, and public · Comply with all district policies and procedures.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
00 - $21.
