Who we are: We are an online craft supply business, operating on multiple platforms (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, etc.
) we package and ship orders within deadlines to our customers.

Who you are: The ideal candidate is a problem solver, independent worker, self-starter, great communicator with overall a positive attitude, pride and ownership of work, personal accountability, and strong values and work ethic.
The work:
- Pick correct items by item number to fulfill customer orders
- Package and label customer orders
- Update shipping weights and confirm shipments
- Ensuring fulfillment deadlines are met
- Repackaging incoming inventory into specific quantities as well as perform quality control
- Restocking inventory into its proper location
- Keep areas clean and organized
- If needed - coordinate shipment pickups with USPS or arrange drop off at USPS location to ensure shipment deadlines are met
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Able to work on your feet most of your shift
- Basic computer skills required
Additional Info:
- Pay rate: $16/hour
- Part time – approximately 20 hours a week.
Opportunity to increase based off business needs.
- Hours: M-F, not past 5pm, no weekends.
4+ hours required on Wednesday and Friday.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday hours are open for discussion.
- Location: Meridian & US60.
This business is run out of a HOME.
Candidates must be comfortable working in someone’s home environment.
Inventory is located in garage, and order fulfillment is done at a designated work station.
There is also a medium sized dog that resides here and will likely want to keep you company.
Must be comfortable with this arrangement, not negotiable.
