Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday between the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Job Summary
Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring Federal Work Study - Support Staff (part-time) personnel to work in a dynamic team atmosphere.
This position will provide support and assistance to the Admissions and Records office located at Estrella Mountain Community College.

Essential Functions
65% - Maintains student files/file room
10% - Researches student records online or in the file room
10% - Assists staff with locating documentation in the file room
10% - Delivers documents to other departments related functions to and performs other duties commensurate upon grade of position
5% - Helps in organizing materials for graduation, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Experience filing paperwork in alpha/chronological order
Experience using Microsoft Office or similar software for the purpose of creating documents
Experience working with & following policies, procedures and guidelines
High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
Experience working in an office setting
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Experience providing administrative support to a diverse population
