*Responsibilities:* * Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Benefits team * Provide efficient and accurate messaging to employees with their queries and needs for Benefits support * Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, including benefits information * Support the team in data entry and data management tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing necessary assistance * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects *Requirements:* * High school diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant certifications or coursework in HR or administration will be considered a plus * Proven experience in general administrative work, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and communications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team * Prior HR experience will be considered a strong advantage Job Types: Contract, Full-time Salary: $20.
