*The requirements to be a BCBA superhero at AACT:*
* BCBA License or significant progress towards certification.
* Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of early childhood and autism assessment tools, child development, and experience in developing positive behavior support plans.
* Proficiency in applied behavior analysis, discrete trial training, and effective communication with clients, parents, and professionals.
* Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to new skills and qualifications, and travel independently to rural/remote locations.
