10+ Maricopa Affinity Resource Employee Groups (Celebrates diversity, embraces inclusion, and supports employees, students, and community!) Job Summary Deliver tier III technical support to end-users for windows server software and hardware-related issues.
Perform diagnostics testing to remediate technical issues.
Install, modify, configure, and repair windows server software and hardware.
Essential Functions 50% Supports and manages windows server infrastructure, including hardware and software troubleshooting, security patches and vendor-supplied patches according to best practices.
20% Provide Tier III level technical support for internal customers via Service Desk ticketing system in an Active directory, Windows server enterprise environment.
10% Provide maintenance and configuration of virtual environment, such as VMWare 10% Document processes and procedures.
10% Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and three years of experience configuring and installing hardware and software, and maintaining servers and data communication equipment.
There is no substitution or equivalency allowable for the High School Diploma or GED.
Desired Qualifications One (1) year of experience in advanced administrator-level tasks with the following: Windows OS 2006/2019 One (1) year of experience in administrative tasks within Active Directory tools such as Active Directory Users and Computers and Group Policy Management.
One (1) year working in virtual environment such as VMWare One (1) year of experience in print server administrative tasks such as deploy and troubleshoot printers in an enterprise environment Written communication skills including proper English grammar, spelling and vocabulary as demonstrated in cover letter (See special notes in How to Apply) Special Working Conditions Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D driver's license is required; must meet minimum standards regarding driving: https://www.
