POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of an organization by providing administrative and clerical assistance to various departments and personnel.
This role involves managing office tasks, organizing and maintaining files, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in office software and equipment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Level of Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Management
Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails.
Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain Accurate and organized records, both physical and electronic.
Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
Manage and update calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.
Communication
Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Administrative Support
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
Problem Solving
Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve office processes.
Technology Proficiency.
Utilize office software (e.
