Administrator/Bookkeeper (Scottsdale)

Small office with an immediate opening for a part-time (30 Hours) full-charge bookkeeper of a 283-unit Co-op in Scottsdale.
Experience in Caliber software is a plus.
Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash accounts, ACH, General ledger reconciliation, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and interact accordingly with residents and contractors.
Job Type: Permanent Part-time Salary: $22.
