POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of providing efficient surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Personnel Administration
Clinical Services
Marketing and Planning
Quality Improvement
Medical Staff Relationships
Physical Plan
Administrative Representative
Personal Development and Professionalism
Strategic planning for growth and development of services and staffing to maximize efficiency, capacity, and utilization of facility resources.
Regulatory Compliance to ensure consistent operations and the highest level of quality and patient outcomes.
Plans for and leads Board of Director/C-Suite , Medical Advisory, and Medical Staff Meetings and ensures compliance with the Facility Bylaws and State and Regulatory requirements.
Ensures patient, employee, and physician satisfaction along with a culture consistent with Tri-City’s Mission and Standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in one of the health professions, business administration, public administration or other suitable field.
Nursing or Master's degree preferred.
Minimum three years’ experience in a top administrative or management position in the health field.
Previous experience in the ASC setting preferred.
The Governing Board may determine other qualifications as seen fit.
