The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for all Treasury (In-House Bank) related banking and intercompany reconciliation for DSV Inventory Management Solutions entities globally.
This role is part of the Credit and Collections team responsible for timely and accurate application of payments and reconciliation of customer account activity, while enforcing and complying with DSV financial policies and local processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain banking records; record statements, create receipts, apply payments to the appropriate customer accounts Intercompany recharge billing Intercompany account reconciliations, including bank accounts and receivable accounts Work with AP to resolve internal discrepancies between DSV IMS entities HSBC Supply Chain Finance account reconciliation Monitoring of FX Rates in the DSV IMS ERP System Weekly and monthly liquidity reporting Manage banking access for new users (complete forms, track progress, etc.
) Prepare weekly cash flow projection file Assist in documenting, and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with DSV accounting principles, policies, and best practices Support the monthly financial close process, ensuring work is completed in accordance with closing schedule, and as needed, prepare journal entries, and support the preparation of AR account reconciliations Comply with company and department process to escalate or resolve questions Prepare and maintain department files with attention to detail and confidentiality Provide backup to the assigned department OTHER DUTIES Perform other duties as required SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (IF ANY) None MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
Three (3) or more years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or related function.
Three (3) or more years of experience in Treasury related banking/reconciling.

) or Inventory Systems (WMS, Purchasing Software) Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite Language Skills English (verbal, reading, writing) Mathematical Skills Intermediate PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior navigation and analytical experience with large accounting systems PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear.
The employee uses computer and telephone equipment.
