The Client Service Assistant is principally responsible for providing administrative, operational and client service support to one or more Financial Advisors.
Your responsibilities will include directly assisting with client service/requests, general operational/administrative support, researching questions/issues, processing paperwork, calendar management, client/prospect meeting and event support, maintaining records and notes, communication with clients, internal business partners and external vendors/business partners.
You will also share responsibility for answering incoming phone calls on our main phone line and making outbound calls to clients/prospects.
Compliance and adherence to all internal and business partner policies and regulations with all governing oversight authorities (i.
e.
FINRA, SEC, NCUA, AZDOI, etc.
) is extremely important in this position.
You will be working in a fast-paced professional environment providing support to Financial Advisors and the Investments & Financial Services program to build new and maintain existing client relationships and support the program in reaching our sales and service goals.
Administrative and Operational Support: The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for supporting the program and one or more Financial Advisors with various administrative and operational tasks such as processing paperwork, assisting with operational tasks for client accounts and transactions, system data entry, CRM updates and documentation, researching questions/issues with or providing assistance to internal and external business and product partners, etc.
Client/Prospect Sales and Service Support: The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for supporting the program and one or more Financial Advisors with various client/prospect administrative and operational tasks such as client/prospect meeting preparation, client/prospect event preparation, referral management, calendar and appointment management, assist with maintaining consistent client/prospect sales and service communication, etc.
Inbound/Outbound Call Support: The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for fielding incoming calls to the main phone line for the Investments & Financial Services program and making outbound sales/service calls.

Experience:
Years of related experience required: 3+ years
Specific type of related experience required for this role: Banking
Specific type of related experience preferred for this role: Investment Banking or Wealth Management, Insurance
Skills and/or Knowledge:
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic understanding of investment and insurance products
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
