Job description
Roles and Responsibilities include:
· Answering calls, taking messages and coordinating calls
· Data Entry, Photocopy, scan, fax, organize, file, etc.
· Must be specific and precise with an emphasis on attention to detail
· Manage the day to day activities in coordination with staff in office.
· Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Management Team.
· Organization of current commercial projects, close out docs/warranty, Lien waivers, job information , etc
· Data Entry, Accounts Payables, Reconciliation.
· Help with billing/collection, Accounts Receivables.
Applicant requirements include:
· Perferably 2 years of experience within a Accounting/Administrative Assistant, Quick books Knowledge a plus
· Computer savvy, proactive, and able to work independently
· Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge
· Strong communications and organizational skills are required
· Team player willing to accept feedback
· Must be professional, energetic, and able to multi-task.
