We are looking for a full-time customer service administrator for a rapidly growing company! The ideal candidate will need to be reliable, tech-savvy, and great with communication.
They will be cross trained and involved in several divisions for Salten’s companies.
Their primary focus will be working with the service division on weekly pool services and repairs.
This position will report directly to the Office Operations Manager.

Job Duties:
● Available from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Fridays in office
● Answering all company emails, phone calls, texts, and voicemails
● Basic billing and bookkeeping functions within our software systems and QuickBooks
online
● Remedy any issues with technicians and subcontractors that require assistance.
● Creating and scheduling new customer maintenances, repairs, construction, and bids
● Daily calls with management teams to create the following day’s schedule.
● Have a good understanding of the status of customers and repairs.
● Assist in creating processes as the business grows.
● Recording detailed communication between the customers, technicians, and any
subcontractors
● Working with Google suite services, Pool Brain, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, and other 3rd
party servicing systems
● Providing excellent customer service to our clients
Education/Experience:
● Previous customer service and/or admin experience not required but preferred.
On the job training will be provided.
● Bilingual preferred
● High school diploma required.
● Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing with employees & customers.
● Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
● Must possess a current valid driver’s license.
● Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test if requested.
