PURCHASING ASSISTANT (Tempe)

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Assistant for a a steel fabricator.
Person will be negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers.
Will be selecting prospective vendors, reviewing past orders and attending production planning meeting to understand demands.
Background and qualifications: 1-3 years of recent buyer or purchasing role High School Diploma or GED Experience with purchasing in the manufacturing/construction industry Must have TEKLA-PowerFab SFM sofware knowledge and experience.
