We are currently in search of a Managing Operator to take on a pivotal role in one of our We Whiten studios.
As a Managing Operator, you will act as an independent "owner," overseeing the business with a competitive base salary, a generous bonus plan, and an opportunity for a share of the location's profit paid out as a bonus yearly.
This unique position offers entrepreneurial-minded individuals the chance to build a lucrative career within a profit-sharing model based on their skills and efforts invested in the business.
Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales of We Whiten journeys by promoting treatment package sales and retail products, exceeding performance goals.
* Manage daily operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and leading the team to resolve customer challenges for an exceptional client experience.
* Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist, providing clear expectations, ongoing training, and mentorship to empower team members.
* Handle operational details such as inventory management and compliance with labor laws.
* Foster a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and connected to the mission.
Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service: * Coach and train a customer service mindset among team members.
* Address guest service issues and schedule challenges.
* Introduce clients to teeth whitening products and treatment plans.
Sales: * Act as the lead Whitening Specialist, fostering a sales culture.
* Set goals and motivate the team to achieve results.
* Train team members in product and treatment plan sales.
People: * Attract and retain talent.
* Support the team's development and collaboration.
* Demonstrate expertise in the teeth whitening process.
Business Analytics: * Monitor trends and identify areas for improvement.
* Communicate action plans effectively.
* Analyze business performance and suggest improvements.
Administrative: * Manage tasks such as inventory and payroll.
* Handle employee scheduling and compliance.
* Lead the hiring and onboarding process.

Minimum Qualifications: * 2+ years of Sales Experience * 2+ years of Management Experience in service or retail * 2+ years of Customer Service Experience * Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment * High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: * Extended periods of standing and walking * Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs Personality/Other: * Confidence in skills * Willingness to adjust to varying schedules * Acceptance of constructive criticism * Driven, accountable, and self-sufficient Please note that this job description may not encompass all responsibilities and tasks associated with the role.
