ASU TRIO Programs seeks a Program Coordinator for the Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) program.
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the individual hired will implement recruitment and academic sessions, academic/college preparatory workshops (both in-person and virtually), and support the testing component.
The intern will also provide leadership and support to other student coordinators as well as assist in various other related duties such as coordinating with and supporting other ASU TRIO programs which provide participants with skills and the motivation necessary to enter and complete a program of secondary and postsecondary education.
This position is a short-term position The ideal candidate must work well in a fast‐paced, flexible environment, provide a high level of customer service to both the university and external communities, and make strong contributions both as an individual and as a team player.
Days and Schedule: Work location is primarily at the Tempe campus; however, incumbent will travel to off-campus events and other ASU campuses to perform work driving their own vehicle.
This position is a full-time position from Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, including some evenings and weekends.
Flexible work arrangements are available in an alternative or hybrid schedule but will be based on the work and the needs of the university and department operations and pending leadership approval.

Position requires work on weekends and evenings.
