From a Celebrity's private extensive museum grade Native American Collection: Traditional antique and rare woven basket (1800's)made from squaw berry branches with piñon sap used as water jug by the Apache People.
Pine covered woven basket used by Apaches to carrying water.
Braided horsehair handles.
Excellent condition.
Colored with red Indian paint and made by White Mountain Apache artist.
San Carlos Apache: made from mountain pine needles and twigs, then coated with pinesap to make it waterproof so it can function as a water carrier.
