This is an 8 year old Trane XR13 2.
5 Ton Split Heat Pump Unit with Separate Condenser Assembly and Air Handler Box.
This was a brand new unit that was installed at our office when we purchased the building back in 2015.
The unit is a bit undersized for our commercial application and we upgraded to a larger unit August 10, 2023.
This unit is in great condition and was working perfectly until removal.
We saved everything that went with it including the air handler box, the drip pan, the fan assembly, the heat exchanger, pretty much everything.
