There are a few minor imperfections on the back side on the compressor fins where I accidentally leaned into the back which smooshed the fins together (sorry, I do not know the technical terms).

Used just ONE time! I bought it thinking I could rig it up somehow in the laundry room, which is in our garage, but we could not hook it up the way we had thought.
But we didn’t take it out of the box to try installing it until the return date had passed so we just kept it in the box thinking it might come in handy someday.
That day came when my neighbor’s AC went out this past summer and we tried to hook it up in her house.
However, she does not have a window that it will fit in so she ended up buying a portable unit and I put this one in a box.
Not the original box because I accidentally tore it and then I accidentally stepped on and tore it some more (I’m a bit of a klutz, LOL).
It’s a little dusty from being in storage.
It comes with all of the components, user manual, remote control + batteries, one filter, and the accordion frame thingy.
It does not come with a support bracket but you can purchase one at any home improvement supply store.
The last photo shows what it retails for new at Home Depot, $469…I am asking just $250…that’s a savings of $219! Cash or Zelle.
