Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Part-Time or Full-Time Team Member.
As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our quick-service ice cream shop.

Duties: - Prepare ice cream according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with shop tasks such as cleaning and organizing - Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and answering questions - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the shop - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change - Perform basic math calculations for cash handling Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our customers, apply now!
