_*Banquet Server*_ Banquet Server/Bartender Location: Orange Tree Golf Resort *Job Description:* Orange Tree Golf Resort is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our team.
As part of our dynamic events team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of various events hosted at our resort.
Responsibilities: _*Banquet Server:*_ * Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure all guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Clear tables and clean banquet areas during and after events.
* Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
_*Banquet Bartender:*_ * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses.
* Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service.
* Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and prevent overconsumption.
* Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications: * Previous experience in banquet service or bartending preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of basic food and beverage safety and sanitation practices.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The pay is $11.
35 per hour plus tips and a share in the service charge pool.
- The service charge pool ranges from $22-$36 per hour.
