Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Duties: - Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers.
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed.
Skills: - Previous experience in food service or a dietary department is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knife skills for food preparation.
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the kitchen as needed.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Experience with menu planning and culinary techniques is a plus.
- Experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus.
This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
