Vintage Light Blue Prom/Formal/Maxi Dress - 1973
This is a (t-back?) dress with a ruffle neckline and a tie in the back and zips up the back.
I wore it once to my Senior Prom in 1973.
It is made of a shiny (satin-looking?) fabric, but back then we removed those tags so they wouldn't show, so I can't be sure of the exact material or size.
It is a Climax by David Howard dress.
I measured around the top at the bottom of the bustline and it measures about 29 inches and from the bottom of the bustline to the bottom of the dress is about 45 inches - I'm 5'3" and would have been wearing some kind of heels.
It looks much better on a person than it does on a hanger!
