*Job Overview:*
This position will be responsible for maintaining servers and end-user stations across multiple terminals throughout the United States, working with teammates and external vendors to complete implementations and upgrades, auditing activity throughout the enterprise and ensuring business security, and providing IT-related insights that will drive value to upper management.
*Duties:*
* Ensure the continued operation of all company systems, across all departments of the enterprise and in all of our locations.
* Provide exceptional support for all internal staff system needs, including endpoint maintenance, production software troubleshooting, and help with telecommunications platforms
* ·Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
* Manage helpdesk tickets in a timely manner and follow protocol to ensure prompt resolution.
* VoIP phone system maintenance
* Understanding, improving, and educating users about various software solutions and computer hardware
* Proactively communicate with IT director to identify and improve system functionality.
* Follow best practices to document procedures s they are performed.
* Effective communication with all employees and vendors to ensure high customer service
* Provide security by following best practices for our network and software we use.
* Effectively prioritize workload
* Owning initiatives to improve the value of company systems under the direction of the IT Director
*Experience:*
* Experienced with latest Microsoft 365 products and windows operating system
* Willing to travel up to 10%
* 1 + year experience in IT Helpdesk or Systems Administration
* Strong interpersonal communication skills especially for training users on using systems
* Effective working alone or as a team
* Intermediate understanding of system fundamental including networking, mobile devices, printers, windows ecosystem, and SharePoint.
* Comfortable making decisions
* Ability to learn software within the trucking industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
00 - $55,000.
