Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab.
You should have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform and managing credentials using HashiCorp Vault.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
Automating deployment, scaling, and management of applications and infrastructure
Implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform
Managing and securing credentials using HashiCorp Vault
Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Monitoring and troubleshooting production environments.
Implementing best practices for security, scalability, and reliability
Documenting processes and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
Strong experience with GitLab pipelines
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform.
Experience with credential management using HashiCorp Vault
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.
g.
, Bash, Python, PowerShell)
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.
g.
, Prometheus, ELK stack)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good to Have:
Experience in Finance / Banking industry – some understanding of Securities and Banking products
