*About The Role: * We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented Senior software Business Analyst who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, define, and manage requirements to launch new products & services.
The ideal candidate will have worked in-depth for top payers across one or more domains (Sales, Inventory, Customer Service, user Management, Vendor Management, Product & Services, Promotions, Warranty Claims, Reimbursements, Funding & Billing, Reporting).
This person must possess a blend of business and technical savvy; strong communication skills to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities * Collaborate with business and solution owners to define and document requirements for the assigned products and services.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and other relevant documentation such as process flows, feature description decks, traceability Matrix, and UAT.
* * You will be working closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and successful implementation of solutions.
You will maintain a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of the various areas and products within the assigned product portfolio.
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of objectives.
* You will use agile methods to analyze, define and document requirements and manage traceability.
You will work with stakeholders and product teams to drive consensus on scope, design and implementation decisions.

* Influence Product roadmaps with a strong vision of future Technolgies * Represent Technology teams at product planning meetings to identify and scope technology needs in early stages of product definition, propose solutions, gain alignment set durable technology PORs, and communicate tech development plans.
* Facilitate data driven decisions to include and down select per product technology POR's.
* Self-Motivated, detail oriented and experience working in a rapidly changing environment Essential Qualifications * Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in the core competencies outlined above * Expertise and experience in preparing High Level requirements, Use Cases, Business Requirement Documents, Functional specifications,Product Requirement, Solution Approach Document, Impact Analysis Document, UAT Progress Report, Change Request Document, Wireframes,System test Casesand Traceability matrix.
* Proven ability to map business process and workflows, conducting gap analysis, prioritization techniques, estimation techniques and documenting solution options, Comparisions and recommended solutions, based on parameters relevant to the organization.
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills; comfortable leading business and technology teams within the organization to translate business issues & requirements into technical solutions.
* Ability to analyze problems and resolve issues through resolution quickly and methodically.
* Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or similar products & MS SharePoint.
