Job Description Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Full Stack Developer with New Reach Education? We're not just looking for someone to fill a position; we're seeking a tech-savvy trailblazer ready to lead the charge in transforming our IT solutions into a powerhouse of efficiencies and innovations.
As a key member of our dynamic technical development team, you'll work alongside our Product Managers and collaborate with stakeholders to shape the future of our IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities Build the future of New Reach Education's IT solutions and their continued evolution, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs (think: process automation, product enhancements, report development, payment integration, visual indicators and alerts, UX design, and more).
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
Engage with key stakeholders, including the Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Social leaders to understand their needs and implement effective solutions.
Build additional internal and external tools to improve user experiences and efficiencies.
Leverage your expertise in database infrastructure, data ingestion, and data warehousing to manage data effectively.
Leverage AWS cloud services for infrastructure design and deployment.
Adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where processes are continuously evolving.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5-10+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development and deployment.
Proficiency in Next.
js, React, Node.
js, TypeScript, TRPC, SQL, and API integration.
Proficiency in database infrastructure and data warehousing.
Experience with data ingestion and data management.
Cloud experience, particularly with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Familiarity with payment processing and integration Confidence in designing and leading both front-end and back-end development.
Excellent communication skills.
On-site work with potential for hybrid opportunities.
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
