Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled Architect who will play a pivotal role in designing and drafting.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for architectural design, a creative mindset, and the ability to transform ideas into tangible, impactful structures.
The Architect will collaborate closely with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver architectural solutions that align with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities: Develop and articulate innovative architectural designs that align with project requirements, client expectations, and industry standards.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless project integration.
Prepare and deliver compelling design proposals, utilizing 3D models, renderings, and presentations, to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Stay abreast of industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs comply with all relevant standards.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication and collaborative efforts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
years of experience in architectural design, showcasing a proven record of successful project delivery.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including [AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
