The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and familiarity with human resources and recruiting experience.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the overall HR functions.
You will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
*Position Responsibilities: * * Recruitment and Onboarding: * Collaborate with managers to determine hiring needs * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
* Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
* Employee Relations: * Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering positive employee relations.
* Address and resolve employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
* Performance Management: * Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
* Collaborate with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement corrective action as needed.
* Benefits Administration: * Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and manage open enrollment processes.
* Compliance: * Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are in compliance.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* HR Data Management: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
* Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Update and maintain the Company’s employee handbook * Enforcing Company policies with proper documentation * Other duties as assigned *Supervisory/Management Responsibilities: * * Not Applicable *Requirements: * * Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent work experience * 3 years of HR experience (recruiting, payroll and benefit administration, and policy management) * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred *Competencies: * * *Detail Oriented:* Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved no matter how small; monitors and checks work or information; and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently.
