Salary Range: $60k - $90k

*What You Will Do* The Software Engineer works closely with the Implementation Team to perform backend application development and configure the RateLinx system specific to the customer’s custom requirements.
You will create and support custom system solutions by: * Making updates in the customer code consistent with the customer’s Setup Document and Functional Specification.
* Performing internal unit testing to ensure quality of any software changes.
* Providing troubleshooting technical assistance during implementation that mirrors our responsive, customer service, values-based company structure.
* Supporting of all RateLinx products during implementation, prioritizing work tasks, and staying organized to meet customer go-live dates.
* Becoming knowledgeable and confident in all system functionality to provide complete and accurate customer solutions.
*Who You Are* * You are an experienced computer software professional.
* You have experience with Microsoft SQL Server and C#.
* You have experience in full project lifecycle from design to support, client/Server environment, and source code control systems.
* You have a technical and analytical focus while working within established standards and guidelines.
* You present new ideas and concepts after carefully analyzing and testing them.
* You can work independently with limited supervision along with the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
* You demonstrate curiosity, understanding, accountability, desire for details and thrive under pressure.
* You can handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while never compromising quality.
* You can make decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.
* Your communication is task-based and technically oriented.
* You work until things get done.
* You have experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
