Overview: General Description: The Senior Business Analyst provides the leadership and facilitation required to implement and support business process and technology improvement during Discount Tire’s Supply Chain business transformation.
This individual is responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, document and drive business requirements, future state business process improvement, and solution design for the implementation/post Go-live evolution of various Distributed Order Management projects, initiatives, and enhancements.

Finance and Store Operations, will also be taken into consideration to ensure successful end-to-end process and technology improvements.
This individual will act as a thought leader, change agent, and process improvement subject matter expert, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.
Simplification, standardization, and automation are key measures of success in this role.
Business Analyst Responsibilities: Facilitates workshops, elicits requirements and solution design recommendations, performs data analysis, and interviews appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts to document and validate Business Requirements, Future State Business Process Flows, Solution Design, Solution Level of Effort, and an Implementation Roadmap.
Develops robust and comprehensive project deliverables that will enable the business to make sound business and financial decisions.
Performs analysis of requirements, business processes, and solution design to identify functionality gaps, develop alternatives and finalize business blueprinting.
Assesses the impact of business process and technology changes within people, systems, operations, and management; incorporates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
Devises strategies to facilitate transition from current state to desired end state using a phased rollout approach.
Works with the Strategic Quality Services (QA) team to support creation of testing strategy, test plans, and business scenarios for use as test cases.
Works with the Change Management Office to define and implement any job or department changes as defined by the changing business process.
Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to IT team members.
Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of eight years of experience in business process management, problem definition, design, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
Proven facilitation and negotiation skills are required.
Order Management and SAP ERP/ECC/CAR experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows is necessary.

Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentation is vital.
Experience with business process modeling and analysis and design tools is necessary.
Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options, then implement solutions is essential.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the Company, including the ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization is necessary; ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to a non-technical audience both verbally and in writing is required.
Demonstrated business acumen with a deep knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project are required.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure, define tasks, establish priorities, and implement according to plan, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well autonomously or collaboratively is essential.
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.
Organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
Educational Requirements: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Work Schedule: Normal workdays are Monday through Friday.
Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work Hours: Normal work hours are 8:00 a.
m.
to 5:00 p.
m.
Additional hours may be necessary.
