Join a team within the Integrated Flight Systems Center of Excellence (COE) that designs, develops and integrates highly complex Avionics Flight Deck Systems within Honeywell Electronic Solutions.
As an Advanced Systems Engr, you will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
You will be involved in every aspect of the Systems Life Cycle; from the front end of development through product end of life, working on programs to ensure the security and integrity of Aerospace systems, namely in Avionics and Cockpit product areas.
Key Responsibilities
Support the application of cyber and security designs into electronic products designs and requirements
Collaborating with internal and external customers to determine cyber engineering/security needs for electronics
products.
Systems and Cyber requirements analysis, documentation and certification
Analysis of existing hardware systems and systems level Cyber requirements development
Systems Design
Model based development system design
Requirements decomposition
Systems integration
Perform Validation & Verification Activities
Support Cyber Compliance (DO-326A/ DO-356A) activities and Cyber compliance testing.
Risk Identification; dispositioning and documenting cyber risks
Customer interaction
Project oversight
Project coordination

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Systems Engineering technical discipline

Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Experience in either domain (1- Systems Engineering/Aerospace and/or 2- Cyber Systems/Systems Security Engineering) with interest and ability to develop in the other domain.
Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks.
(A PLUS) Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to aerospace cybersecurity (ARP-4754A/DO-326A/ DO-356A) but not mandatory.
