Avionics suite products, Proximity Warning / Traffic Avoidance systems, among other applications within Honeywell Electronic Solutions.
Design test software to communicate with test station resources and product hardware to meet requirements.
You will also generate innovative solutions; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Software Design and Implementation
Validate software releases
Test Solutions (Hardware and Software) development
Software Process and Software Configuration Control
Work with HTS resources on software support
Propose technical improvements
Suggest enhancements to advance projects
Plan and execute project tasks
Communicate non-compliance incidents

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Experience with some of the following an added benefit: Python / Lobster 4/ TestStand/ LabWindows CVI/ NI Test Stand/ NI Lab View / MOPS / Configuration Matrix Documentation / Work Procedures for SW/LRUs
(A PLUS) Experience with Aerospace software systems i.
e.
Avionics, TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems), EGPWS (Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System), etc but not required
Software Process and Software Configuration Control
Ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness in an ambiguous environment
