QA Specialist (IQA&LAB;)-Solar

*Job Summary: * As the QA (Incoming Quality Assurance and Laboratory) Specialist, the scope of work involves a comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed and ensuring the quality of raw and auxiliary materials, as well as overseeing laboratory activities.
The key components of the scope including Analysis of Raw and Auxiliary Materials, Documentation Management, Experimental Project Design, Equipment Calibration, and Training Responsibilities.
*Duties and responsibilities:* * *Incoming Inspection Data Management: * * Established procedures for incoming inspection of raw and auxiliary materials.
* Develop detailed inspection methods, sampling rules, and acceptance levels.
* *Supply Quality Management:* * Evaluate raw materials quarterly and implement corresponding management measures.
* Provide feedback on the arrival status of various suppliers to the procurement department.
* *Abnormal Management of Raw and Auxiliary Materials:* * Analyze the causes of incoming and process abnormalities.
* *Reliability Test Management:* * Participate in reviewing and implementing various inspection projects.
* Implement and track testing plans, analyze results, and write experimental reports.
* *Product Certification:* * Review deviations from orders and contract technical agreements.
* Coordinate and conduct product certification work.
* *System Management:* * Compile and revise company management system documents.
* Evaluate and rectify review and audit, implements corrective and preventive measures.
* *Equipment Management:* * Review deviations from orders and contract technical agreements.
* Coordinate and conduct product certification work.
* *Safety Management:* * Review deviations from orders and contract technical agreements.
* Coordinate and conduct product certification work.
* *Personnel Management:* * Review deviations from orders and contract technical agreements.
* Coordinate and conduct product certification work.
* *Minor Responsibilities:* * Ensure horizontal communication with relevant departments.
* Conduct technical training for instrument/equipment/raw material suppliers, standard formulation agencies, third-party audits, testing agencies, etc.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree or above, Major: Chemistry, Physics, Electronics or Semiconductors * At least 2 years of experience in supplier management preferable * Familiar with customer factory inspection and system audit, with strong management and communication skills * Received company management system training and professional knowledge in photovoltaic applications, familiar with photovoltaic module application standards such as IEC6215, IEC61730, UL703, etc.
, trained in IEC 17025 accreditation guidelines, and proficient in IEC 17025 accreditation policies, guidelines, and application requirements.
* Master the usage methods of measuring instruments and inspection and testing equipment and receive training on quality analysis tools such as Minitab and JMP, quality management knowledge, statistical technology, and supplier management knowledge.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Language: English and Chinese (Preferred) *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* * Able to engage in daily work communication, proficient in office software usage such as WORD and EXCEL, proficient in electrical design software CAD, SOILDWORKS, etc.
